Our services
Just For You Girlfriend, a nonprofit 501c3 organization, was founded in 2017 to empower inner-city female youth, especially those who are pregnant or parenting, and help them cope with trauma, develop leadership skills to become advocates for peace and safety in their schools and their communities, avoid deviant and criminal behavior, and pursue post-secondary education for careers with sustainable incomes to end the cycle of intergenerational poverty.

Our programs provide workshops and discussions with career professionals and community leaders that focus on social-emotional learning, conflict resolution, leadership development and advocacy skills for community peace and safety, avoidance and consequences of deviant and criminal behavior, racial history and equity, self-esteem and post-secondary education. Our special events that focus on financial literacy and self-care are open to female youth and women.

Just For You Girlfriend is served by a dedicated group of career professional women, some of whom were teen moms. These women have cultural humility and act as advocates, workshop and discussion leaders for our female youth. They are committed to helping female youth explore ways to enjoy safe and peaceful lives, avoid deviant and criminal behavior in their communities and pursue post-secondary education for careers with sustainable incomes.
